LG U560 ultrabook features 15.6 inch IPS display with 1080p resolutions having wide viewing angles and better color accuracy. It runs on Windows 8 OS.


The LG U560 is powered by 1.8GHz(up-to 2.7GHz in Turbo Mode) Intel Core i5-3337U processor with discrete Nvidia GeForce graphics.

Other known features of U560 includes 16GB SD card, optical drive, SSD/hard drive combo for storage, three USB 3.0 ports, HDMI output, carry bag and a wireless mouse.


LG U560 ultrabook weighs 1950 gms and will be available in South Korea for an unknown price.

LG Xnote Z330 ultrabook Features and Specs

 The LG Xnote Z330 features 13.3-inch screen with 1366 x 768 pixel resolution and boots Windows 7 in less than 10 seconds Via Rapid Start Technology. LG Xnote Z330 ultrabook comes in two different models::  Z330-GE55K and Z330-GE30K and has Intel’s second generation Core processors.


Other specs of Xnote Z330 ultrabook includes 1.6GHz Core i5 processor/ 1.7GHz Core i7 processor, 120GB SSD/256GB SSD, 4GB RAM, HD graphics, WiDi wireless display technology, HDMI port, VGA Port, Wireless LAN 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, MicroSD Card Slot and it comes with a Battery life up to 6 hours.

LG Aurora Xnote S430 notebook and LG Aurora Xnote S530 notebook Launched

LG has launched two new laptops, the Aurora Xnote S430 (14-inch) and S530 (15.6-inch) and are packed with LED LCD displays with 1366×768pixel resolution. Both of them are designed for style conscious buyers.


Both have Aurora Purple or Aurora Blue color options with LG’s exclusive Crystalline Finish lids, which uses Non-Conductive Vapor Metallization technology. The glossy exterior also provides improved scratch resistance and a strengthened cover.


You can choose from the following options, S530 has an optional HD+(1600×900) display, processor options-Sandy Bridge Corei3/ i5, graphics options includes – AMD Radeon HD6470M with 1GB DDR3 or Intel HD Graphics or Intel HD Graphics 3000, OS-Windows 7 series, up to 8GB of DDR3 memory, maximum of 750GB storage space.

Common options includes Gigabit LAN, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, 7-in-1 card reader, DVD super multi, three USB 2.0 ports, VGA, HDMI, DVD writer and 6-cell Li-Ion 2200mAh battery. There’s also an HD web cam, SRS Audio.


The LG S430 and the LG S530 currently available in Korea and will become available in the Middle East, Africa and Asia early September followed by Europe, the Americas and CIS later. Currently there is no news about price but it will be touching $1,000.

LG A530 3D notebook capable of 3D capturing with dual webcams.

The LG A530 3D apart from 3D viewing, it is capable of capturing 3D videos and photos with its dual web cameras. The A530 has brushed aluminum finish in Ebony Black with a pebble keyboard and wider touch-pad with rounded edges.
The LG A530 sports a 15-inch 3D LCD display having Full HD (1920×1080) resolution with Film Patterned Retarder(FPR) technology, which requires passive 3D glasses. It comes with 3D Space Software, integrated UI for easy access to 3D video, photos, games and movies.


The A530 3D hardware has the choice of 2nd Gen Core i3, i5, or i7 processors and has NVIDIA GeForce GT 555 GPU, up to 8GB of RAM, maximum of 750GB hard drive paired with a 4GB solid state drive for faster boot up, either an HD webcam or dual cameras for capturing 3D video, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 or 3.0, a 7-in-1 card reader, a fingerprint reader,USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports, a HDMI output, DVD or Blu-ray combo drive, and a 6-cell battery. The laptop is also equipped with SRS Wide 3D Sound system and comes with a pair of lightweight 3D glasses.

The A530 measures 375x249x33-35.4mm, weighs 2.55kg and is expected to go on sale in Europe, the Middle East and Africa this month, followed by other markets.

LG on its way to introduced its all new notebook, named LG X140 netbook.The main feature of LG X140 netbook is the presence of a SIM card slot that able to 3G connections.The notebook comes pre-loaded with Windows 7 Starter edition.

The all new LG X140 netbook comes equipped with 10.1-inch LCD display with resolution of 1024×600 pixel and is powered with 32nm Intel Atom N450 1.66GHz processor.The notebook also houses 1GB DDR2 RAM and 160GB hard drive.

The other features of the new LG X140 netbook is 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 1.3 Megapixel webcam.The notebook is provided with a 6-cell battery.The price details and availability of the LG X140 netbook is yet to be officially announced.

LG recently introduced its all new ultra-slim notebook, named the LG XNote X300.The notebook was first introduced at CES 2010 last month.The ultra slim LG XNote X300 notebook comes with a thickness of about just 17.5mm and weighs about 970g makes it a super slim and light-weight notebook.

 The all new LG XNote Mini X300 notebook comes with a frame-less LCD screen.The ultra-slim LG XNote X300 notebook equips a 11.6-inch LCD display with resolution of 1366×768 pixel and LED-backlight and an integrated GMA 500 graphics.The new laptop also houses a 1GB DDR2 RAM and a 64GB SSD.

The new LG XNote X300 super-slim netbook comes available in two configurations named LG XNote Mini X300-LR80K and LG XNote Mini X300-LR10K.The basic difference is in the clock speed ie the LG XNote Mini X300-LR80K is powered with a 2GHz Intel Atom Z550 processor and LG XNote Mini X300-LR10K is powered by a 1.6GHz Intel Atom Z530 processor.

LG XNote X300 notebook comes pre-loaded with Windows 7 Premium OS.The notebook also houses 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, two USB ports, VGA, and a SD/SDHC/MMC card reader slot.The ultra-slim LG XNote X300 notebook is available in Shiny White color.

LG Electronics on its way to introduced its new gaming notebook in European market,named LG WIDEBOOK R590.The new notebook was already introduced in South Korean market named as LG X-Note R590.The new LG WIDEBOOK R590 comes pre-loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium.

The all new LG WIDEBOOK R590 gaming laptop comes equipped with 15.6-inch LED-backlit display with resolution of 1600×900 pixels and is powered with  a 1.73GHz Intel Core i7 processor.The new notebook from  LG also includes a nVidia GeForce GT 230M GPU with 1GB of VRAM.LG WIDEBOOK R590 gaming laptop also features 4GB of DDR3 RAM, a 500GB HDD, DVD writer or Blu-ray drive and 1.3 megapixel webcam.

The new Gaming Laptop from LG weighs 2.5kg.It is expected that the new LG WIDEBOOK R590 will debutes soon in European market with a price tag ranges between 1299 to 1599 EURO, depending on the configuration.

South Korean company, LG Electronics today unveils its ultra-thin premium mobile PC at CES 2010.The notebook is named as LG X300 notebook. This LG X300 notebook has an ultra-slim and durable exterior without any sacrifice of performance and functionality.

LG X300 notebook is based on a 2.0 GHz Intel Menlow platform which is Intel’s first-generation Atom. LG X300 notebook comes equipped with a 11.6-inch LCD display and includes 2GB of RAM, solid state drive (SSD), 1.3 megapixel webcam, a 3G modem chipset, Bluetooth, SRS TruSurround HD sound, and a borderless touchpad.The ultra-thin premium notebook from LG weighs just 970g and has a thickness of about 17.6mm thick.
