Galaxy Note 10.1 Tablet features 10.1-inch PLS TFT capacitive touchscreen display with 800 x 1280pixel resolutions. It is powered by 1.4 GHz Quad-core processor with 2GB RAM and has Mali-400 GPU.

The Galaxy Note 10.1 runs on Android Ice Cream Sandwich v4.0.3 OS (Jelly Bean update later)with Samsung TouchWiz UI. It comes in 16/32/64 GB of storage with up to 64GB Via. microSD card option.

Galaxy Note 10.1 sports 5MP rear camera with autofocus, LED flash and has 1.9MP front-facing web camera. It has a dimension of 262 x 180 x 8.9mm and weighs 600gms.

Connectivity options includes 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, dual-band, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth v4.0 with A2DP, microUSB v2.0, GPS with A-GPS support. Sensor options includes Accelerometer, Gyro and compass.

Other features includes a stylus(S Pen), ability to view two apps at once in a split-screen view, several apps that allow you to use it for note-taking, plastic case with a thin, silvery border, twin front-mounted speakers and a storage slot for the stylus.

Galaxy Note 10.1 has a standard Li-Ion 7000mAh battery which claims a back up of upto 7Hrs 30 minutes. Black and Silver are the Color Options availabile.

Galaxy Note 10.1 comes with a price tag of $499.99 USD for a 16GB, $550 for 32GB.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 4G Features, Review and Specs.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 4G comes with a 10.1-inch WXGA touchscreen display with 1280×800 resolution powered by NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core processor and runs on Android 3.1 Honeycomb OS with 1GB RAM and 16GB/32GB storage. It has a 3MP rear camera capable of 720p video recording and a 2MP front camera.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 4G's most important thing is that it has a micro -SIM slot for the 4G speeds. The device is capable of HD(1080p) video playback. The Network options of the tab consists of WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, 4G, Bluetooth 3.0. Connectivity options includes 3.5mm audio jack, microSD card slot, USB 2.0, micro -SIM slot.

Other options includes Adobe Flash Player 10.2,Gyroscope, Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync, Quickoffice HD Editor, Stereo Speaker, Android Market, Samsung TouchWiz UX, Samsung Mini Apps Tray. It weighs 565grams and is 8.6mm thin, the 6800mAh battery provides 6 hours of backup on 4G.

The tablets are availabile in US from Verizon and the 16GB tab has a price tag of $529.99 with a 2-year contract and the 32GB one is for $629.99 with a 2-year contract. Verizon will also release the 16 GB WiFi-only Galaxy Tab 10.1 from next month for just $499.99. 16GB Wi-Fi for $499.99 outright currently available with Source and Staples. Best Buy and Future Shop will have 16 GB WiFi from September 9 for $499.99.


The Telus is making it availabile in canada soon and the price is not made known.

Samsung Galaxy S3 rumors

Samsung has confirmed that it will be releasing Samsung Galaxy S3 in first half of 2012 and will no doubt feature Google’s Android Ice Cream Sandwich at its core.

It will be a 4G-enabled devices and it will be Samsung's reply to Apple's Iphone 5. As it will be a competitor of Iphone 5 it will be rich in hardware as well as software features

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Full Review

The Galaxy Tab 10.1 weighs 589 grams (1.3 pounds), and has higher-resolution 10.1-inch display, at 1280x800 compared with the iPad's and can play full 1080p HD video, at a maximum of 30 frames per second.

Samsung claims that it is the only customized Android Honeycomb tablet with TouchWiz UX, runs on Android 3.0, Barra and they are planing for an update Android 3.1 when it is released. That new version OS will adds improved multitasking, resizable widgets, and USB host capability.Networking support includes dual-antenna Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, HSPA+21Mbps, HSUPA 5.76Mbps, and EDGE/GPRS.It has Flash 10.1 support.

The tablet is powered by a 1-GHz dual-core Tegra 2 CPU. Two cameras grace the front and back of the device—an 8MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera. There's also GPS and dual surround-sound speakers. Samsung claims the battery will deliver up to 10 hours of play time and 1,810 hours of standby time.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 and 10.1 price,features and specifications

Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy Tab 8.9 and 10.1. The release date for the 8.9 version is not yet announced but the latter Wi-Fi only version is available on june 8, 2011 in the US.Samsung plans to launch the device in India 30 days after its global launch.

The 10.1-inch 16GB version is priced at $499 and the 32GB at $599 . The 8.9-inch 16GB version cost you $469 and $569 for the 32GB one. The pricing of the 3G versions is not known yet.

The Galaxy Tab 8.9 has an 8.9-inch WXGA TFT LCD display with a resolution of 1200 x 800. The device is just 8.6mm thin(0.036mm thinner than the iPad 2). TheGalaxy Tab 8.9 is also lighter than the iPad 2 by 131gms. It is equipped with NVidia’s dual core Tegra 2 processor clocked at 1 GHz running on Android 3.0 Honeycomb, has Samsung's TouchWiz 4.0 layer and Flash 10.2 support. Devices will have 3MP rear camera with flash and can record video at 720p HDwith AF with LED flash and a front 2MP camera, 3.5mm jack, Wi-Fi, USB port, Bluetooth and DDR2 based RAM.

The devices are HSPA+ capable so users will get up to 21 Mbps download speeds depending on the operator. The tablets have better Flash support, full HTML web rendering capabilities, better power management, and a neater user interface.The device also comes with surround Sound stereo speakers, full HD video playback. The device also claims to have a battery life of 10 hours from its 6800-mAh battery.

The 10.1-inch has the same specification and it weighs 595gms.
