Toshiba releases Regza AT series tablets in Japan

The Toshiba Regzo series tablets offers four models, which include the Regza AT500, Regza AT570, Regza AT700 and Regza AT830.

The Toshiba Regza AT830 features 13.3-inch multi-touch display at 1600×900 resolution and is powered by 1.4 GHz NVIDIA Tegra 3 SoC quad core processor, TV Tuner, HDMI.

The Toshiba Regza AT700  features 10.1-inch multi-touch display at 1280 x 800 resolution and is powered by 1.2 GHz Texas Instruments OMAP processor, HDMI.

The Toshiba Regza AT570  features 7.7-inch organic EL multi-touch display at 1280×800 resolution and is powered by 1.3 GHz NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor.

The Toshiba Regza AT500  features 10.1-inch multi-touch display at 1280×800 resolution and is powered by 1.3 GHz NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor, HDMI.

Common features of all these models includes 1GB RAM, 64 GB flash storage, 2 MP front camera, 5 MP rear camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, USB 2.0, card reader, and Android 4.0 Ice-Cream Sandwich OS.

Toshiba Excite 10 Ice-Cream Sandwich Tablet Specs

The Toshiba Excite 10 tablet features a 10.1-inch IPS screen with 1280X800 pixel resolution powered by comes with 1.2 GHz quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor with 1GB RAM and runs on Android 4.0 Ice-Cream Sandwich OS.

The Excite 10 sports a 5 MP rear camera and has a 2MP front camera. It comes with a battery back-up of 10Hrs and is only 8.9mm thick weighing 600gms.

The Excite 10 has a price tag as follows, $449.99 (16 GB), 32 GB and 64 GB for 529.99 USD and 649.99 USD respectively.

Toshiba Thrive tablet features and price

Toshiba Thrive tablet has a 10.1 inch capacitive touch screen with 1280 x 800 resolution is powered by a 1GHz Dual core Tegra 2 processor and most probably it will be running on Android 3.0 Honeycomb, WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0.

The Toshiba Thrive tablet has a 32GB internal memory and a full SD card slot for external storage.It has a 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera. This comes in black but the black covers can be swapped out in various colors: Blue Moon, Raspberry Fusion, Lavender Bliss, Silvery Sky and Green Apple.
It will be launched soon in India. The Thrive tablet has been listed for pre-orders on US retail website jr.com.

Available in Canada now with retailers and the pricing are 8GB ($399.99), 16GB ($429.99) and 32GB ($499.99).
