Rogers Canada recently started the sales of the new Android smartphone from Samsung, named Samsung Galaxy Spica i5700.The handset runs on Android 1.5 OS will be upgradable to Android 2.1.

The new Samsung Galaxy Spica i5700 Android smartphone equips a 3.2-inch HVGA touchscreen TFT display with resolution of 320×480 pixels and features Wi-Fi, HSDPA, GPS, 3.2MP camera, 3.5mm headset jack, and MicroSD card support up to 32GB.The handset supports quad band GSM (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) and dual band HSPA (850/1900 MHz) networks.

Samsung Galaxy Spica i5700 Android smartphone weighs 122 g and its dimensions are 115×57x12.9 mm.The Samsung Galaxy Spica i5700 Phone is now available through Rogers with a cost of $79.99 for 3-year contract agreement or is priced at $449.99 with free of contract.
