TVS India to launch Apache RTR 250 ? Details

After the great success of Apache RTR 160 & Apache RTR 180, TVS India now on its way to introduces the 250cc version of Apache RTR.The all new Apache RTR 250 is introduced with a view to compete with the likes of Yamaha R15, Hero Honda Karizma ZMR , Bajaj Pulsar 220.Apache RTR 250 might be the first TVS to come with full fairing.

Although there is no official announcement has been made yet, all that known is TVS recently announced it will look to launch variants of its existing models in 2010.This give much emphesis to the ongoing talks about Apache RTR 250 launch.

From the available information the new Apache RTR 250 will be on roads by March/April 2010.Other details reveals that the Apache RTR 250 also features ABS setting a new safety standard for performance bikes. Internal sources reveal the Apache 250 to be more powerful with the bigger 250cc mill producing maximum power close to 22bhp.The new Apache RTR 250 is expected to come up with a price that range between Rs. 90,000 to 95,000.The expected topspeed of the TVS Apache RTR 250 is 145kph
